We offer same-day flower delivery across Melbourne’s inner west and beyond. Click on your suburb below for more details about our local delivery services. Can't see your suburb in this list? Call us - we may be able to deliver.
We proudly operate our own in-house delivery service. We personally care for your flowers from creation right through to handing them to their recipient. You can expect timely delivery, clear communication and professional care for your flowers.
Many in this industry claim to offer delivery, when in fact the are contracting to generic third-party couriers. These couriers often carry anything from automotive parts to fast food, and simply do not have the knowledge or ability to provide the level of care your flowers deserve.
We actually do our deliveries. We ensure that your precious flowers remain in our special care, arriving in the premium condition our florists made them to be.
We provide a reliable and professional service and must adhere to our strict cut-off times to ensure our high level of service is maintained:
Monday to Saturday same-day order cut-off is 2:00pm AEST. We do not offer delivery on Sunday except for special events or where pre-arranged with us.
If your delivery requires special instructions, please include these in the checkout notes when ordering online. Alternatively, please call or email us.
We generally are happy to leave flowers at the doorstep if the recipient isn't home. In some circumstances, we will not leave flowers unattended. The reasons for this are usually either due to the weather (very hot or very wet) or that there's no secure place for them (unsafe/exposed to the street for theft). It's our decision and we will always do what's best for the flowers.
When we are unable to leave the flowers, we'll contact the recipient to let them know someone has sent them flowers. We'll gladly organise redelivery (an additional fee may apply) or in some cases if the recipient is local to our studio they may prefer to collect from us.
Whatever happens, trust that we're going to do what's best for the flowers and the recipient.
